From a single interface, Sage BusinessVision provides a full-spectrum view of customer accounts including up-to-date sales order information, order history, accounts receivable, and the ability to make year-over-year comparisons. Sage BusinessVision offers even greater customization by extending fields and supporting additional categories. Users can now tab-advance through each field on a screen and speed up the data entry process while minimizing the potential for errors. Features such as foreground and background colors and custom column sizes can be saved to users’ preference.
Productivity-boosting Core Module Features
Enhanced multi-year support built into the General Ledger module provides a three-year overview of past, present and future fiscal year activities – a useful feature for making post-dated sales orders or adding financial values. Sage BusinessVision can also easily configure promotional pricing aligned to specific selling cycles. Pricing can be programmed to override normal settings and revert back after promotion has expired.
Timesaving Reporting Capabilities
Built-in tools such as Crystal Reports Designer make report and form creation easy. Sage BusinessVision system queries can now be exported directly into Microsoft Excel for quick analysis. Other great version 7.1 features include an enhanced Audit Trail to keep tabs on when and how data enters the system. And Sage BusinessVision 7.1 offers many new reporting features such as cash flow and projected balances reports.
